The other thing you need to think about what are you trying to achieve as in weight loss or long term health.
The biggest lession I found is not a complete new diet but making 1 change at a time and this could be ok instead of 2 sugars in my coffee I will only put 1, then you have decreased your intake by 50%, then you could reduce the amount of coffees you consume in a day and so on. Or replacing seed (vegetable) oil with tellow/butter/coconut oil and so on. 1 small change at a time just like talking a walk for 10Km you have to take that first step, then followed by many more steps, it is the same thing with diets.
Its ok to mess up as well, don't beat your self up over this. So you may want to look at eating more "Whole Natural Foods" with only 1 name is the safest option. Cooking at home is also to me seems a lot cheaper than eating out, as when you eat the right food you eat less as your not craving what the body is looking for when you eat a complete balanced diet.
Just for reference I was eating 60/40 meat/veg, but my other person in my research for her it was 40/60 veg/meat, plus snakes of fruit that we grew in the garden.

oil, run that oil in their equipment, feed the leftover meal to their animals, and have not needed a gas station in over two hundred years. One acre produces over a hundred gallons of fuel. The press costs sixty dollars. The seeds cost nothing after the first harvest because the plant replants itself. The engine modifications required — none.
Very interesting that the two types of oil extracted can run diesel or petrol engines but in the same process of the use of these fuels we as humans are consuming it instead then wounder why we are getting so much sicker as a race.
I thinks its time we get back to our roots before money extraction or a meter was a thing. Let us use the free energy that this planet provides and put a stop to everything that doesn't let you use the recourses that flow through your land.

Found that I needed to buy a new key or Subscribe to a new key - no, I got hold of them (Microsoft) to active my windows 11 on my new mother board. These are my new specs.

I don't want to subscribe to any bs or download anything so I enabled god mode by doing the following -
